Context and Connections:Proficient -Even though it is a pedofile bear, you still use the red,white,and blue and designs related to the U.S. flag (stars, stripes). It makes it look like a real presidential ad, and somewhat professional.
Technique: Advanced - I like how you used the stripes from the rising sun brushes and filled them in with red,white and blue for the background. I also like the stars behind the bear. It is very well organized and neat and nothing clashes together.
Point of View: Proficient - You can easily tell the emotion from the bears' jubilant expression.
